Attached is a small patch to enable successful build of tcpdump on GNU/Hurd. The patch is a slight modification of 07_vflib3.dpatch adding libt1 to the linker. To build properly on buildds the versions of libxbc1 and libxcb1-dev should be the same: 1.7-2. Looks like there is a libxcb1-1.7-2+b1 but no -dev version of that library at ./people.debian.org/~sthibault/hurd-i386/installer/pool/main/misc/libxcb1_1.7-2+b1_hurd-i386.deb
