.TH EURO-TEST 1 "28th October, 2001"
.\" Please adjust this date whenever revising the man page.
.\"
.SH NAME
euro-test \- checks if your system is able to display euros
.SH SYNOPSIS
.B euro-support
.SH DESCRIPTION
This manual page documents briefly the
.B euro-test
command.
\fBeuro-test\fP is a program that allows the user to test if
euro support is correctly configured in your system. In order to
do so it tests if the fonts installed provide the display of the
euro symbol and if the keyboard is properly configured in order to
output it.

The
.B euro-test
programs checks the running environment and, depending on whether its
the X graphic environment or the console (TeX) environment. The program
can also output a log that can be sent to the [EMAIL PROTECTED]
address in order for the maintainer to check why support has not been
configured in the system after installation of this package.

.SH BUGS
This program is currently in testing phase so there might be quite
some bugs lurking around. Also, since it might (slightly) change your
environment in order to do the tests, some systems might need to
reset the changes in order to revert to the state before the program
was run.

In console, set the previous terminal configuration by running
.B /etc/init.d/keymaps-lct.sh
and
.B /etc/init.d/console-screen.sh
if you have the
.B console-tools
package installed.
.SH OPTIONS
There are no options.
