After upgrading from 1.3-2 to 1.4-5, tmux has-session no longer returns the
expected value for
an empty session name.  In tmux 1.3, the empty string was a valid session name.
Steps to show
the problem:

$ tmux new -s "foo"
$ tmux has-session -t ""
$ echo $?
0
