I have actually been surprised of not getting any answer to this "NMU intent". I don't really intend to NMU sysvinit....at least not until I get a quite clear ACK from its maintainers. We're not talking about a random package here..:-) So, I assume that my mails indeed felt under you guys' attention..:-) And, thus, I send this mail to both the package maitnenance mailing list and to all package Uploaders, in order to be really sure that you have a chance to react. Without followup in about one week, I'll proceed with the NMU (and upload to DELAYED/7-day which gives another week to react)...so that I can move on to something else in the neverending hunt for peding l10n work.
