The bugreport doesn't contain enough information to determine whether
this is the problem but several mdraid users were hit by a problem that
they didn't choose to upgrade all md members. To check whether this is
the case do:
grep -A 10 grub-pc/install_devices /var/cache/debconf/config.dat
and send us the output.
To fix it do:
sudo dpkg-reconfigure grub-pc
and choose all the disks containing md0 but no partitions.
