Also, we can take into account that no package currently in

OHOT chrony package depends on timelimit package.

Renaming or fading away timelimit from netpipes package,
might break some local user scripts which rely on timelimit
program provided by netpipes, but they seem to be broken
already anyway, as this very bug report demonstrates it.

Yeah, I'd like to see this situation improved.
