I _really_ can't install it. I have 2 mirrors in my "sources.list" file: "ftp.belnet.be" and "ftp.nl.debian.org". None seem to have a "good" package file. [And did you notice the architecture? For AMD64, the most recent version is 1.17, while the file where you see no problem is v1.94.] I would think that this _really_ qualifies as a bug, even if it isn't "your" fault that the mirrors provide incoherent files.
