Hi, please amend the override section to match the package upload. Rationale: qbzr is a plugin for the Bazaar Version Control System which provides a variety of GUI dialogs for many version control operations. As such, it is most accurately described as a 'vcs' tool rather than a general 'devel'opment tool.
