since db4.6 and higher was orphaned and db4.5 is present only in the old stable, the db4.5 can be safely removed from unstable. python2.5 (2.5.5-11) has been rebuild using db4.8 and it was last user of libdb4.5 in the unstable. db4.5 is also present only in the oldstable, so the release in the stable is just a zombie. For more information you can check #515555. This is sort of ROM - I have filled ITAs for rest of the db4.x and db5.x packages. It just doesn't make sense to adopt the db4.5 too.
