Sandro, I am experiencing the same issue Arnas mentioned. The GUI interface simply freezes, not allowing to click any button. I tried the configure option you suggested (reportbug --configure --ui=gtk2). It brings up the GUI but freezes.
I am using Debian Squeeze, i386, stable. Please help.
