Hi!

transmission leaks a lot of file descriptors when using IPv6 DHT. Even
with only a few torrents, we can hit the limit of open files.

This bug is known upstream:
 https://trac.transmissionbt.com/ticket/3504
 
It is fixed in 2.22.
