After starting evolution it tries to download emails from my pop account and synchronize folders from my imap account. Evolution starts the task but it hangs at 0 % completion and nothing happens any more. Checking the network interface with "tcpdump" shows that no package is going out just as if evolution is offline. But it isn't at least in so far as the button in the corner tolds me.
