OK, but could some be added? If there was a way for interested users or maintainers to submit patches for individual fonts, then maybe over time they could all be added? Even if it's a big problem that no one person is going to sit down and solve in one go, perhaps it can be broken down? > If you need them, use a local font.cnf file to activate them.
