$ sudo apt-get dist-upgrade ... Setting up sudo (1.7.4p4-2.squeeze.2) ... mv: cannot move `/var/run/sudo/username' to `/var/lib/sudo/username': Directory not empty rmdir: failed to remove `/var/run/sudo': Directory not empty Maybe the sudo upgrade script doesn't count on being run under sudo and that's why it fails to move the directory.
