To elobarate a bit: we use the "real" LibreOffice 3.3.1 without much patches. Ubuntu doesn't have such patches either from what I can see. They just patch working stuff out, do nonsensical build changes and make human theme default. Nothing which IMHO could explain this bug. *If* it was theme related, what -style-* you have installed in what desktop env? Does it help when you install other ones? (Like tango?)
