Let's face it. Most of the directories mentioned on this man page
$ man gs|col -b|perl -nwle 'print for m!/usr/\S+!g'|sed 's/\*$//' |xargs ls -d
are wrong. Even though
$ man gs|col -b|grep -ci debian
2
the page has been Debianized.
By the way, most painful here offline is the utter lack of the nonexistent:
$ gs -h | grep Use
