Writing a message with "Auto Save" and "Digitally sign" enabled, Icedove will
always digitally sign the message when it is saved to Drafts.

Concerns resulting:
1. Signing a draft message is not intended at all.
2. Using a PKCS11 Token to produce the signature causes a delay, or event the
user is prompted for the PIN. Both might be acceptable while sending the
message, but disturbing while typing it.

Proposed solution:
Creation of the digital signature should be triggered by sending the message,
rather than by saving it.
