Thanks for the feedback. There is no issue providing scripts as part of
perl package. The reasoning was that there was no benefit over the
existing DNS utilities and that it would be best not clutter to path
with such scripts. They are installed as example scripts though that is
not available on the path. If we got this wrong it can certainly be fixed.
