Package: debirf
Version: 0.27-1
Severity: normal

When running:

debirf make minimal - mostly goes smoothly until the end. Fails on:

generating modules.dep...
run-parts: executing minimal/modules/network
run-parts: executing minimal/modules/root-bashrc
run-parts: executing minimal/modules/serial-terminal
mknod: `/dev/ttyS0': No such file or directory
run-parts: minimal/modules/serial-terminal exited with return code 1
1 jamie@chicken:cdtemp.CUnLnt$

I moved modules/serial-terminal{,.off} and re-ran, re-creating the image
from scratch and the creation of the debirf image completed successfully.

Then, I ran:

debirf enter minimal

And ran manually the command:

mknod /dev/ttyS0 c 4 64

And got the same error (mknod: `/dev/ttyS0': No such file or directory)

Then, I ran:

cd dev
mknod ttyS0 c 4 64

And the device was properly created.
