things you may want to try: we have 7.10.1 mostly ready in our git, you could try to build that. http://git.debian.org/?p=pkg-xorg/lib/mesa.git (debian-experimental) I didn't check its changelog yet though. Alternatively you could try building master: http://pkg-xorg.alioth.debian.org/howto/build-mesa.html Or you may want to upgrade to the latest kernel in experimental first. I should mention mesa is a big package to build, and I haven't found the time yet to provide with snapshots, sorry for that. KiBi.
