I just tried to find the fastest mirror for my network. I have one
selected by netselect (ftp.plusline.de) which is quite fast. So I
expected that apt-spy should find it or a faster one, and it is obviosly
listed in mirrors.txt.
However, no such thing happened! I set the area filter to Europe because
otherwise it started crawling all around the world... and it didn't test
_any_ German server except of the main one. Which is very unfortunate,
IMHO.

Finally it has choosen ftp.ch which delivers about 2.4mb/s while the
plusline provides >>3mb/s on my network.
