This is on a system with no MTA installed, but with direct access to an SMTP
server. When run as a non-root user, reportbug crashes when it attempts to
send the e-mail. Note that reportbug successfully sends the e-mail if it is
run as root.
The following traceback is printed when it crashes (the filename after /var/tmp
will change, but everything else is the same):
