Package: pmacct Version: 0.12.1-1 Severity: wishlist The binaries in this package build without problems also for GNU/kFreeBSD, but due to a manually specified depen- dency on "iproute" the package remains uninstallable for GNU/kFreeBSD.
Could the dependency be relaxed to "Recommends" or "Suggests"? Or could collaboration uncover whether there are replacement tools, accessible for GNU/kFreeBSD. The mechanisms seemingly used in the source indicate very little dependency in Linux proper, the only exception being dependent on ENABLE_ULOG which need netfilter code.
