Package: kdebase-workspace Version: 4:4.4.5-8 Severity: normal
When applied to the KDE desktop can be a NFS share as a user directory from the NFS server can not be mounted. It appears on the screen an error message. Drive can not embed. The error message reads: mount: only root can do that A manual mount the NFS shares works on the command line, however, correct. After an intensive search on the internet for a solution I have found following workaround. If the link file of the NFS shares on the desktop line with the keyword "MountPoint" is deleted, the NFS share mounted as a normal user via desktop icon. Example: How not to mount. [Desktop Entry] Dev=redfox:/mnt/misc Icon=folder-remote Mountpoint=/mnt/share/misc Read only=false Type=FSDevice UnmountIcon=nfs_unmount How it works correctly.
