Package: bitcoind
Version: 0.3.20.01~dfsg-1
Severity: important
Tags: sid

The new wrapper script does not execute the binary program by specifying a
full path. When executing the bitcoind command from the terminal, there is
no output on the terminal and no files in the .bitcoin directory are touched.
Replacing the last line of the wrapper script to

exec /usr/lib/bitcoin/bitcoind "$@"

seems to fix this problem.
