1.0.39.0-1 was the last version shipping sbcl/ as a directory. It was
changed to ship as a single html (sbcl.html) file as some filenames grew
too long for some filesystems (See #587440).
Could you please tell us what dpkg thinks this file does belong to?
dpkg -S /usr/share/doc/sbcl-doc/html/sbcl/index.html
