Dear marco,
Please understand, that rp_filter to take effect on an interface,
net.ipv4.conf.<iface>.rp_filter _AND_ net.ipv4.conf.all.rp_filter must be
set to 1.
net.ipv4.conf.all.rp_filter only enables globally, but on each interface
it also must be set to 1 to take effect. That is why I have the problem.

Then who could help? I agree this is not related to netbase, instead of
it is related to the dependency based bootup process. Where should I send
my bugreport?
It is not related to the boot process either: if you set all + default
and they are still set at the end of the boot, then this setting should
be applied to all new interfaces.
If you need further guidance, please ask on an users support forum.
