Good point, I missed this issue.  I don't know the exact way to fix
for this:
  (1) Use sed script instead of dpkg.
  (2) Don't mind even if dpkg is existed at /usr/bin - this check is
      just passed through.
  (3) dpkg should be put at /bin instead of /usr/bin.
