I'm not sure if this is Debian specific, but the appearance is quite different from the Windows version so I've opted to report it against Debian's iceweasel. The beta's new tab bar I can't easily see which is the current tab. With the default setting of tab bar on top there is no visual cue at all. With the tab bar below the menu and toolbars the only difference is a faint line under the current tab and no line under other tabs. This is counter-intuitive: normally the current tab should appear as joined to the page and other tabs should appear separated from it.
