Hi, > Ah you're using totem-xine, not totem-gstreamer. Could you try with > xine?
With xine I also get plain blue instead of video on my right screen. totem-xine does not seem to care about the setting of the videosink key. I tried "xine" and "xinesink". Even if I set videosink to "lbgsldf" I still get the same result (and no error message) Anyway... I just installed totem-gstreamer and updated all the gstreamer packages to 0.8.10-3 videosink=ximagesink: fair playback of a .mpg video on both screens (no smoothing); good playback of local ogg-file. low quality goom on both screens videosink=xvimagesink: No video on the right screen. (Black window) very good mpg playback on the left screen (smooth edges) frequent audio glitches if goom-size is set to "large" videosink=sdlvideosink: fair video on both screens but resize does not work videosink=aasink: Funny looking ascii-video ;-) Best video: totem-gstreamer with videosink=xvimagesink Best audio: totem-xine Hope that helps... ---<(kaimartin)>--- -- Kai-Martin Knaak privat: [EMAIL PROTECTED] dienst: [EMAIL PROTECTED] gpg-key: http://pgp.mit.edu:11371/pks/lookup?search=kai-martin&op=index&exact=on -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
