Package: network-manager Version: 0.8.1-6 Severity: normal Tags: patch Network manager (0.8.1-6) is not aware of the full functional wired network on my SAMSUNG NC10 running Debian6-i386. Therefore my mail program Clawsmail always starts in offline mode. There could be a security risk I imagine if the network is functional when a user is not aware of this. This problem did not exist in the Mint-Linux from 2010 (based on the testing debian version of that time). This error does not exist on the Samsung R710 running Debian6-amd64.
