In times like these, with multiple concurrent transitions going on, many packages are not installable, especially on !i386. If we would have to file serious bugs for each and every time something like that happened, we wouldn't be doing anything else. Mean time, you'll be able to apt-get install poxml provided you add a 'testing' source to your /etc/apt/sources.list.
