I implemented something that hopefully catches these problems - but it
only works when upgrading from a package that already had this change.
So it won't work right now nor for squeeze->wheezy updates, but for
later wheezy->wheezy updates and post wheezy updates.

(Add a stamp file (but never remove this except by m-a clean) with
version information and remind the user if this contains mismatching
information.)
