Hi Steve, Please build the insighttoolkit package with the following option turned on. -DITK_USE_OPTIMIZED_REGISTRATION_METHODS:BOOL=ON -DITK_USE_TRANSFORM_IO_FACTORIES:BOOL=ON This is needed by some slicer modules for faster registration. Thanks Dominique
