HideUser and HideGroup also work (along with HideNoAccess) in 1.3.3d-3.  
DisplayReadme still violates the FTP protocol in a major way.  DirFakeUser, 
DirFakeGroup and DirFakeMode work for the LIST command but do NOT work for 
the MLSD command (as used by ncftp to implement "dir", for example).
