as a wild guess: Please make sure your password doesn't contain the character "#" (you might have to run "dpkg-reconfigure phpgroupware"). More explanation: In the setup sed script, "#" is used as a delimiter (in the place one commonly uses "/"). I'm not sure whether other characters cause problems as well, sed regexp control caracters might. This needs fixing and will be fixed, but unfortunately it's not on the top of my priority list ATM.
