After upgrading to version 1.0.4-2sarge2 I cannot
automatically download files by accessing the links to
them.
Previously there used to be a pop-up window which
asked me if I want to download or to open the file.
Now it seems that this mechanism is broken.
If I delete the file
~/.mozilla/firefox/xxxxxxxx.default/compatibility.ini
next time I start the browser I can see the pop-up
window again. Unfortuantely after restarting the
browser the problem resurfaces.
I downgraded the package to 1.0.4-2sarge1 and I could
not reproduce the problem anymore
