Dear Erik, yes, I plan to do it. The reason I have not done it yet is that I plan to do more extensive work on the source package itself (migration to Git), as I did for clustalw. If for some reason you need the package to be in the main section of our archive, I can do an upload now. But it has to go through manual inspection because of the change of section, so the effect will not be immediate. After this is done, I plan to ask for replacement of the packages in Squeeze, or if this is not possible, to provide backports.
