Oh, and on development system like testing and unstable you always should
do full-upgrade/dist-upgrade, as dependencies will change often. (The lastest
uploads e.g. pick up new dependencies from libs only in unstable)

Don't use testing/unstable unless you don't how how to use it. Seriously.

That you only upgraded the *arch-indep* packages to 3.3.1~rc1-2 and left
the other stuff at 3.3.0-2 confirms that this might be the case.
