Package: grub-pc
Version: 1.99~rc1-2

Since updating Sid  to   grub-pc 1.99  the    grub2   terminal  has  a
 black   background    with  the  prescribed  background  image
sitting on  the    borders.  A cool  effect,  but  not  the   desired
one. I   note  the  /etc/grub.d/05_debian_theme  script  is
completely   changed,   but  the   resulting /bootgrub.cfg  not  much
 different. How    do  I   restore  the   background  image  to  the
terminal?  Note  there  is  a   similar   upstream  bug:
