The patches you provided are intended for mon-0.99.2, but mon-1.2.0 is in unstable since Jan, 2010 and your patches don't apply on new manpages I can see you dedicated time and effort in order to prepare those patches but I cannot use them on current manpages. :( If you want, feel free to send them again based on mon-120 manpages and I'll be glad to apply and send them to upstream.
