thank you for providing a new debian mirror. However, it is missing the project/trace-directory (well, the entries of the previous hosts). Also, at least the debian/dists-directory is not complete. I would really encourage you to use anonftpsync http://www.debian.org/mirror/anonftpsync , as this one is the most easy one for you (and us :). Also, you might consider to sync from any of the european well-connected mirrors, e.g. - ftp.nl.debian.org - ftp.de.debian.org - ftp.se.debian.org - ftp.fi.debian.org - ftp.hr.debian.org (depending on your network of course).
