Package: network-config
Version: network
Severity: normal

I have a static IP since 2001

I don't need the piece of crap called network-manager so it is uninstalled
(unacceptable to loose network when X crashes)

and /etc/init.d/networking does not properly work anymore even with a properly
configured /etc/network/interfaces and /etc/resolv.conf
