I finally got to work on this. There are 2 problem.
The alltt package is used for these example section. I think use of \scriptsize is better than \footnotesize. I also think this is used for technical document. Smaller font makles it use less paper. Also margin is 1 inch. Maybe good for Ph.D. paper but too much waste. Since most modern printers have 5-8 mm margin. 10 mm is enough. Also 11 point to 10 point default size change will be made.
