Package: deluge
Version: 1.3.1-1
Severity: normal

I can't tell much more than the subject line.
I ran into it today, moving ~/.config/deluge out of the way solved the problem.
I tried to create a trace, but could not figure out how. Finally i deleted the
old config-dir by accident, so i can't add further info. It works now
