Package: chromium-browser Version: 9.0.597.84~r72991-1 Severity: normal Chromium now prompts at startup to choose a search engine (Google, Yahoo, or Bing). The dialog it uses to do so has no close button, and does not respond to the window manager close key. To make it go away without choosing a search engine, I had to kill chromium-browser with -9 (SIGTERM did not work either).
This proved particularly annoying since due to some other bug that I still need to track down, opening links from other programs tries to bring up Chromium rather than Firefox.
