Hi,
If one needs to display information to the user, for example,
when showing diffs between current and previous versions of a
configuration file in ucf), there is no way to di this currently, due
to line length restrictions.
Unfortunately, it is not know a-priori what the size of the
diff output is going to be; and db_subst runs into newline and line
length issues.
