So *does* it FTBFS or not???

I *always* build in a clean chroot before uploading, so I am 
a bit surprised.

Please don't use serious severity if it is not actually a problem.

Building twice I have never seen before, so I am a bit surpriosed.

Does building twice actually FTBFS?
