I could finally reproduce it, when upgrading dictionaries-common along with installing an ispell dictionary or wordlist for the first time (when no previous ispell dictionaries or wordlists were present). I always installed from scratch ispell dicts and wordlists together with dictionaries-common or upgraded dicionaries-common alone, so the problem never became evident. I am working in a fixed package. If evrything works well I expect to upload it today.
