Package: xdg-utils
Version: 1.1.0~rc1-1
Severity: normal

Hi!

I've just upgraded to the version that has recently migrated into testing:
[UPGRADE] xdg-utils 1.0.2+cvs20100307-2 -> 1.1.0~rc1-1
and I noticed that xdg-open no longer seems to work with URLs for me.

I use fluxbox, hence the desktop environment is recognized as "generic".
I have the following environment variable set:

  $ env | grep BROWSER
  BROWSER=galeon --new-tab %s

Well, the following simple command stopped working as soon as I performed
the above-mentioned upgrade:

  $ xdg-open 'http://debian.org'
  xdg-open: no method available for opening 'http://debian.org'

With debugging turned on:

  $ export XDG_UTILS_DEBUG_LEVEL="2"
  $ xdg-open 'http://debian.org'
  /usr/bin/xdg-open: line 456: galeon --new-tab http: command not found
  xdg-open: no method available for opening 'http://debian.org'

What's wrong?
It seems to me that the eval fails, but why?

Thanks for your time.
